The Details:

- Made from double layered, double sewn quality material 

- 32cm x 14cm (approx.)

- Filled with Australian grown rice

- To heat, place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals for up to 3 minutes. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution

- ​Do not leave heated pack unattended or on flamable surfaces

​- Do not heat for longer than 3 minutes

​- Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly

​- Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin
