We know you want your goodies super quick, which is why we post them as soon as we can, with most orders shipped within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends).

I Shall Shop posts within Australia only via Australia Post. We offer:

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
• Free express shipping on orders over $150.

A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders under $99. Express postage is available at a flat rate of $15.00 on orders under $150. 

I Shall Shop cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost or damaged goods that might occur by any person(s) that handle goods once they leave the premises.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Christmas Shipping. It's best to order sooner rather than later to have the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery. We do not take any responsibility for shipping times/delays.

Delivery

I Shall Shop offers free local delivery (with 5km) on orders over $30. If you are eligible, you will be able to select the Free Delivery option at checkout. Orders are delivered within 2 days of ordering (usually less). You will receive a text or email to organise delivery.  I Shall Shop is not responsible for items after they have been delivered to the address supplied.
