This heat pack is a generous size and perfect for chilly nights or to help ease aches and pains. You can even add a drop or two of your favourite essential oil for the ultimate relaxation experience!

- Made from double layered, double sewn quality material

- 32cm x 14cm (approx.)

- Filled with Australian grown lupins

- To heat, place pack flat in the microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds, if your pack is not warm enough then continue to heat for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution.

- Do not heat for longer than 2 minutes

- Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly

- Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin

- Do not leave heated pack unattended, with children, or on flammable surfaces
